Yoga suitable for all levels and abilities including absolute beginners through to experienced yogis. Our Chorlton based classes focus on slow, mindful movement and include breath work and meditation, with the aim of promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing.  

Hello, I’m Rachael, I’ve been practising and studying yoga for over 10 years. I’m passionate about the positive effect of a regular yoga practice on both physical and emotional wellbeing, through helping us connect with ourselves, with others and the world around us. Yoga really is suitable for everyone and every body – there is no requirement to be flexible, fit, or a particular body shape or size.
