YOGA CLASSES IN CHORLTON 

I really believe in the benefits of yoga to help us move well and feel well. My classes focus on finding a connection with your body and your breath over making perfect shapes or being able to touch your toes.  I encourage you to move in a way that feels good for you.  
 
I  personally know the importance of making space and time in our week to slow down and find some calm.    I aim to support others to do that through my group classes and one to one work.
