Conscious Calm Yoga Online Class update

It’s been almost 4 months since I stopped face to face yoga classes due to COVID-19…as I’ve said before, I never imagined I would be teaching online yoga, and here we are, 12 weeks of online classes later – mindful yoga and yoga for runners!

There is no Mindful Yoga class tomorrow but I will be BACK next Wednesday (15th July) and I look forward to seeing you there…..all welcome, even if you haven’t tried this class before.

As we can get out and about more as lockdown starts to lift, the Yoga for Runners class is having a break. I started this class with the intention of just doing it for a couple of weeks or so when we were strictly locked down and were only allowed 30 minutes of outdoor exercise…I’ve loved teaching yoga for runners over the past couple of months and you are such a fab group to teach- so thank you! I’m considering restarting the class, or a similar style class in the not too distant future, most likely on a different day/time, so will keep you posted!

I will have some availability for private one to one yoga classes coming up, so please reach out if this is something you are interested in.  I also do private small group yoga and/or meditation via Zoom – ideal for couples/families/friends who want to practice together. This can be focused on using yoga to improve your running, help develop strength after an injury, or help manage stress and more general wellbeing support.

I would like to thank each and every one of you who have joined my online yoga for wellbeing classes and been so supportive, particularly when I have had technical issues – it really does mean a lot. See you on the mat soon! Remember that even 5 or 10 minutes a day really helps your wellbeing, both for body and mind.

Love, Rachael xxx
