Dynamic Mindful Yoga
6:15 – 7:15pm Mondays
Embodied yoga to help you find awareness and strength through movement.
The class incorporates yoga, somatic movement and relaxation and you will leave feeling energised but relaxed.
I call this class “dynamic” to represent how we move with the breath through the postures, however it is not a “power yoga” or ashtanga class.

Yoga for Calm (gentle mindful yoga)
7:35 – 8:35pm Mondays
Yoga for Calm – find some space to move, breathe and connect with your body.
No previous yoga experience is necessary – suitable for anyone who wants an embodied, mindful approach to yoga, and to leave feeling relaxed and calm.
This is a welcoming and supportive space in which the therapeutic properties of movement and breath can be enjoyed in order to support wellbeing.

My public classes are suitable for absolute beginners 16 + and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. I aim to make my classes as inclusive as possible but if you have any questions or specific concerns please feel free to message me in advance of attending so that we can discus any particular requirements. Please note that the studio at Chorlton Health Hub is on the first floor and there isn’t a lift sadly.
