Mindful Dynamic Yoga
6:15 – 7:15pm Mondays


Mobility and embodied functional yoga to help you find awareness and strength through movement.

Suitable for those who have some previous experience of yoga,  or who are new to yoga and already take part in exercise/or sport.

The class incorporates movement and relaxation and you will leave feeling energised but relaxed.

Some of the students who attend this class do so to help their running and other sports – however it is welcome to all – you don’t have to be a runner to benefit!

The Slow Down Space 
7:35 – 8:45pm Mondays


No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Gentle yoga, movement and relaxation 

My aim is to provide a welcoming and supportive space in which the therapeutic properties of gentle yoga and movement can be experienced in order to support wellbeing.  

The majority of the movement will be floor based, although we will use some standing postures.  The class will finish with a long guided relaxation or yoga nidra.

Mindful Yoga for Wellbeing
9:45 – 11am Wednesdays

This is an inclusive class, based on Hatha Yoga and somatic movement principles,  suitable for both absolute beginners and those more experienced in yoga and movement.  

We use mindful movement guided by the breath to quieten the mind, connect with the body and sense into our present experience.  The class will incorporate short breathwork and meditation practices and finish with relaxation, cultivating a sense of wellbeing.

Chorlton Health Hub have made significant changes to ensure that classes can restart safely and that social distancing can be maintained. You will be provided with details of The Hub policy at booking and and agreement to comply with general precautions such as use of hand sanitiser etc will be required.  Classes must be booked and paid for in advance and I will not be able to accept any cash payments.

Extensive cleaning and ventilation will take place between classes.  Unfortunately no equipment can be provided in order to reduce risk of infection.  Please bring your own mat and a blanket if you wish.  If you don’t own a mat, get in touch with me about hiring one.

There are significant benefits to attending class on a regular basis and the block booking class pass makes this easier and provides a discounted price.


My public classes are suitable for absolute beginners 16 + and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. I aim to make my classes as inclusive as possible but if you have any questions or specific concerns please feel free to message me in advance of attending so that we can discus any particular requirements.  Please note that the studio at Chorlton Health Hub is on the first floor and there isn’t a lift sadly.
