Mindful Yoga:

This is an inclusive class, based on Hatha Yoga principles,  suitable for both absolute beginners and those more experienced in yoga.  

We use mindful movement guided by the breath to quieten the mind and connect with the body.  The class will incorporate short breathwork and meditation practices and finish with relaxation, cultivating a sense of wellbeing.

£8  (£6 concession) – drop in, booking recommended. Mats provided.

The six classes can be used over an 8 week period (unless otherwise arranged at time of purchase). Payable by cash or bank transfer.

If you hold a class pass, please let me know in advance, if possible, of when you will/won’t be able to attend, so I can ensure your place in class is reserved for the appropriate weeks.

There are significant benefits to attending class on a regular basis and the block booking class pass makes this easier and provides a discounted price.


My public classes are suitable for absolute beginners 16 + and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. I aim to make my classes as inclusive as possible but if you have any questions or specific concerns please feel free to message me in advance of attending so that we can discus any particular requirements.  Please note that the studio at Chorlton Health Hub is on the first floor and there isn’t a lift sadly.
