ONLINE MINDFUL YOGA CLASSES
Wednesdays 11am-12pm – Live via zoom: Mindful Yoga
Thank you again to those who have joined me so far for the live online classes – it’s been lovely to continue to connect with everybody through yoga in our own homes. I hope that you will be able to join me online at home over the coming weeks until we can get back to the studio.
This class is suitable for all, including beginners to yoga, and includes mobility and mindful breath based sequences along with short meditation and breathwork practices, with the aim of connecting to our body and the breath to cultivate a sense of wellbeing,
The online classes will be run on a “pay if you can” basis with a suggested payment of £5 per session. The link is below so you are free to join in even if you aren’t able to make payment as I want to make it accessible as possible. Payment can be via bank transfer or via PayPal – see below.
Please get in touch if you hope to attend so that I can share the password with you.
All you need to do is click the link below to join the class 5-10 minutes before it is due to begin and enter the password when prompted. Ideally you will need a cushion, yoga mat and a blanket, but a large towel can replace either of those if you don’t have one at home.

You can use your phone, tablet or laptop. You can download the Zoom app when prompted, or watch in your browser. Members of your household are welcome to join in but I would be grateful if you could let me know in advance if anyone has any health issues (including pregnancy) or injuries.
Payment via Paypal here or bank transfer (details below)
Hoping to “see” you on Wednesday morning!
Love, Rachael x
Zoom is a multi-way video conferencing platform, which means that we will be able to see and hear each other. You can access the class by clicking on the link 5-10 minutes before the start of the class and entering the password when requested. Once we have started the class I will mute everybody so that background noise isn’t an issue. It is lovely being able to see each other practising together and this means that I can make suggestions and teach more individually – however if you don’t feel comfortable with me and others being able to see you then you are welcome to turn off your video if you prefer.
Ideally you will have access to a quiet space for the class so that you can have an hour to yourself to truly relax – however I am aware that this is a luxury that not everyone has at the moment and so it’s fine with me if you have kids/dogs/partners in the background (remember I will be muting everybody’s microphones except mine so we won’t be able to hear)
One last thing…I can’t play music as it affects the sound quality too much, so feel free to put your own favourite chilled music on in the background if you like to practice to music.
