£8 per household or £19 for all 3 classes if booked in advance.
More than just movement, this energising class includes intuitive mobility and embodied functional movement and is designed to help you move better and feel better.
Suitable for those who have done a little yoga before, or those who are new to yoga and already take part in movement/exercise/or sport.
The class will also include some meditation and relaxation and will leave you feeling connected to your body, energised and relaxed.
Advance booking is essential. If you are unable to attend the class live, you can take part in your own time, as the recordings will be sent to you every week.

If there are any technical issues outside of my control I will provide a live class via an alternative platform or on an alternative date. In the case of a recording failure, a recording of an alternative but similar class will be provided. Recordings are for use within your household and cannot be shared or made publicly available without my expressed permission.
Zoom is a multi-way video conferencing platform, which means that we will be able to see and hear each other. You can access the class by clicking on the link 5-10 minutes before the start of the class and entering the password when requested. Once we have started the class I will mute everybody so that background noise isn’t an issue. It is lovely being able to see each other practising together and this means that I can make suggestions and teach more individually – however if you don’t feel comfortable with me and others being able to see you then you are welcome to turn off your video if you prefer.
Ideally you will have access to a quiet space for the class so that you can have an hour to yourself to truly relax – however I am aware that this is a luxury that not everyone has at the moment and so it’s fine with me if you have kids/dogs/partners in the background (remember I will be muting everybody’s microphones except mine so we won’t be able to hear)
One last thing…I can’t play music as it affects the sound quality too much, so feel free to put your own favourite chilled music on in the background if you like to practice to music.
