THE SLOW DOWN SESSIONS

The January session will be free. Advanced booking is required.
This small group session is designed to help you find some space for yourself to slow down and relax through somatic enquiry, meditation, creative exploration, and deep relaxation.
You will need a comfortable place to sit and ideally lie down. Pyjamas welcome!
You are invited to bring a pen and notebook for an opportunity for some somatic writing exercises/journalling. These are optional, so don’t worry if this isn’t your thing.
No previous experience required – just a desire to slow down and enjoy some time to just be!
