Having worked in the NHS since 2006, I understand how hard things are right now.    

Even before COVID-19, the increasing workload and pressure was impacting significantly on NHS staff wellbeing, and this has only increased during the pandemic,  

I help doctors and healthcare professionals like you find some calm and a sense of wellbeing again.   This might be through coaching, movement, embodiment, yoga, meditation, or a combination of all of these.

I have been practising yoga since 2007 and trained as a yoga and meditation teacher in 2018.  I am also a trained coach.

support you to find some space to prioritise your wellbeing so that you can find some calm and re-connection to what is important to you again.  I continue to work in the NHS as a GP, so I have an understanding of some of the challenges you might be facing.  

A big part of my work is helping people to rediscover their connection with themselves and their bodies, which helps to develop a deep sense of self trust and intuition, so that you can make positive choices to help you reclaim your joy and sense of resilience.


From my own experience, I know that there is another way where you can feel calmer, more energised.  Where you can feel more connected to yourself and your purpose, and able to show up more for what is important to you – your family, your wellbeing, your work.

Where can I start?  

You might want to start finding some space in your week to slow down and just be.  This could be as simple as taking 30 minutes for a walk in nature, or perhaps carving out some time to attend a yoga class.  If this feels like too much right now, taking two minutes to sit in silence and feel your feet on the ground and notice your breath can be a really positive micro step towards a calmer, more manageable day.  The more space and compassion we can offer ourselves to be, rather than do, the more we are able to develop our capacity to listen to and take care of our own needs – like anything, this is an ongoing practice rather than a “do it once and everything will be fixed” approach.  Over time, it all adds up to create those subtle shifts which make a difference.

1-1 Coaching for Healthcare Professionals 

Sometimes we need more support and space to identify how we would like things to be different and to put these plans into motion.   This is where working 1-1 can really help you to embody the changes you would like to see in your personal and professional life.

I offer 1-1 coaching and/or embodied movement to help you find the changes that you need.

We start with a free 30 minute confidential chat via phone, video (or e-mail if you prefer) where we can introduce ourselves, and you can tell me about what is going on for you.

I then discuss with you, how we might work together 1-2-1  to help you to slow down and find some space for yourself, and how I can help you.  This looks different for different people.

I am honest with you if I feel you would be better served by another individual, or professional service, and there is never any pressure to work with me.
