Summer Solstice Yoga for Wellbeing Workshop

This 75 minute yoga workshop is an opportunity for you to pause, reflect and realign.

The first half of this year has been a time of change and challenge for us all collectively and individually, in ways that we could have never envisaged.  Lockdown has affected our personal wellbeing in different ways.

This summer solstice is providing us with the opportunity to pause and reflect on where we are now – the changes and challenges, as well as the surprises and the positives.  Through meditation and movement we will explore reemerging into the second half of the year, and discover our intentions for prioritising our individual wellbeing in a way that works for us post lockdown.

Join me on Sunday morning to: 

  • Celebrate what is working for you 
  • Connect with your energy and the vibrant peak of summer through mindful movement to embody the release of what is no longer needed and celebrate the positive 
  • Consciously align with your intentions for your own version of intuitive wellbeing 

The workshop includes: 

Meditation and reflection 

Dynamic mindful yoga to release and energise

Restorative yoga and guided relaxation to rest and restore

Optional journalling prompts (sent via email)  for deeper reflection in your own time before or after the workshop.  

Suitable for those new to yoga, please get in touch to discuss suitability if you have any movement limitations (eg due to health or injury) prior to taking part.
